NURSE PRACTITIONER

Whitman Medical Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to fill a full-time position at a family practice with offices in Colfax, St. John and Tekoa. Washington.

Extremely competitive salary including guaranteed minimum and production incentive, along with benefits including health insurance, retirement, compensation for licensure, malpractice insurance, budget for CME’s, and PTO.

Job Qualifications:

  • Providing patient care including simple to complex clinical needs and chart review
  • Performing history and physical examinations on infants, children and adolescents (up to age 21) and adults.
  • Excellent communication, time management and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work with professionals, and maintain confidentiality standards.
  • Computer knowledge with Centricity EMR is a plus.
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Requires the ability to read, write and speak effectively in English.

Job Requirements:

  • Completion of degree for Nurse Practitioner (BSN or MSN in Primary Care) from an accredited school
  • Current and in good standing Licensure in the State of Washington.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a primary care, private practice or small clinic is preferred, but not required

Job Type: Full-time (32 hours per week) including one 24 hour call day per week, with no weekends.

Medical Office Receptionist

We are seeking a professional front office person that has great presence, is team oriented and is extremely confident to join our fast paced medical clinic. This individual must be energetic, positive, work well with others, communicate openly, and enjoy interacting with our patients and staff. Prefer experience in a medical office setting and with computers. Must be able to multi-task and work independently. Billing Specialist

Immediate opening for a professional billing specialist for our busy Medical Office. Duties would include claims/payment management, accounts receivable, collections and general billing office duties. Experience with ICD-9/ICD-10 coding preferred but not required. Experience with computers is a must. This individual must be a self-starter, able to multi-task and work independently and must be positive, work well with others, and be able to communicate openly.
